Celebrating Success: Our Triathlon Season So Far and How You Can Join A Winning Team



What a season it’s been so far! The highs, the challenges, and the triumphs—this year has been a testament to the power of dedication, perseverance (see last blog), teamwork, and expert coaching. As we approach the latter part of the triathlon season and look towards the next, it’s time to reflect on the incredible journey our athletes and coaches have embarked on, and to share a few insights on how you can elevate your own triathlon performance by joining our team.


The Season of Success


It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day grind, but when we take a minute to look back, our athletes' achievements really stand out. This season, we’ve seen our triathletes push beyond their limits, setting personal records, conquering fears, and standing on podiums in races they once only dreamed of finishing.


Megan, Sebastian, Alex, Dana and Greg have all qualified and are heading to the 70.3 World Championships in Taupo next month! An enormous achievement for them all 👊.


Whether it be Mark smashing a 20 minute marathon pb, Callum hitting multiple podiums, Charlie Walker and Andrea Nightingale becoming World Champions or Phil hitting his first podium, there are simply too many to list!


It's not just the top-end performances that we are proud of. We have had plenty of our athletes achieve incredible things across all sorts of challenges. We've had people;


  • Swim the Channel

  • Complete LEJOG

  • Complete thir first Sprint, Olympic, 70.3 and Full distance Triathlons

  • Complete their first Swim / Run Event

  • An amazing amount qualify for European and World Champs

  • Podium at a gran fondo!

⏱️ Sub-8-hour Full Distance Triathlon from Josh in Roth and a top 10!

🌎 Matthew Wright became an Olympian by competing in the Paris Olympic triathlon.

🏆 Cam Main winning his first European Cup in Melilla

🥉 Josh coming third and hitting another pro podium in Challenge Wales Fishguard

🥈 Josh came second in the European Long distance Championships in Almere!

🥈 Iestyn hit another podium in Ironman 70.3 Poland qualifying for the WC

🥈 Ollie placed second in the Irish draft legal championships
